Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
7-Day No-Reason Return/Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, if the product is unopened, with intact packaging and does not affect secondary sales, you can apply for a no-reason return/exchange (some special products such as customized products and all food products are excluded).
Return/Exchange for Quality Issues: If the product has quality issues (such as expiration, deterioration, damage, missing items, wrong delivery, etc.). You can apply for return/exchange within 7-Day.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Situations:

All food products in good quality condition.

Products that have been opened, or with damaged packaging, affecting secondary sales;

Products that are deteriorated or damaged due to improper personal storage;

Products exceeding the after-sales application time limit;

Products not sold on this platform.
2. Return/Exchange Timeframe

No-Reason Return/Exchange: Applications must be submitted within 7 days after receipt; late applications will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange for Quality Issues: Contact customer service to feedback within 3 days of discovering the issue, and send back the product within 7 days after submitting the application; late return may affect the review result.
3. Return/Exchange Process

Submit Application: Log in to the member center→Go to "My Orders"→Select the corresponding order→Click "Apply for Return/Exchange"→Fill in the reason for return/exchange, upload product photos with issues→Submit application.

Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review the application within 24 hours. After approval, the return address and precautions will be notified via SMS or order message.

Send Back Product: Please send the product back to the designated pick-up address within 4 days.

Inspection and Refund/Exchange: After the merchant receives the returned product, it will be inspected within 3 working days. If the inspection is qualified:

Refund: The payment will be returned to the original payment method. The arrival time is subject to the payment platform's rules (usually 1-3 working days);

Exchange: The product will be re-shipped within 24 hours.
4. Notes

Ensure the packaging is intact when returning the product to avoid secondary damage during transportation, otherwise it may affect the return/exchange review.

The refund amount will deduct the discounted parts such as coupons and points deduction, and only the actual payment amount will be refunded.

If the return/exchange application does not meet the policy requirements, customer service will reject the application and explain the reason.
