1. Delivery Coverage
Uplift Bites&Care offers delivery services to areas near UBC. Pick up options are also available at the following locations:

12:30-13:00: Safe on Food Supermarket (outdoor dining area)

16:00-16:30: Urban Fare (outdoor dining area)
Uber delivery is also available upon request. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Delivery Timeframe
In-stock Orders: Shipped within 24 hours after placing the order.
Pre-order/Customized Orders: The delivery timeframe is usually shipped within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is calculated based on the logistics timeframe after order payment.
3. Delivery Fees
Free delivery for orders at the above 2 pick up points.
Uber Delivery Service: If you need expedited Uber delivery, contact customer service for consultation. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Logistics timeframes may be extended during holidays (such as Spring Festival, National Day, etc.). The specific shipping and delivery times are subject to platform announcements. It is recommended to place orders in advance for preparation.
Please check the quantity and packaging of the products on the spot upon receipt. If you find any issues such as damage or missing items, take photos to retain evidence and contact customer service immediately for handling; failure to provide feedback within 24 hours after signing for receipt will be deemed as the product being delivered in good condition.
